Neighbor Support: Via email, phone, video call, or office visit.
Meeting Notices: Regular and extraordinary meetings.
Meeting Attendance: Acting as Secretary-Administrators with bilingual staff (Spanish and English).
Minutes Custody: Transcription and custody of agreements in the Minutes Book.
Professionalism and Regulatory Rigor: Efficient administration aligned with regulations.
We conduct regular visits with the President or other Board members to inspect the condition of common areas. We oversee, monitor, and plan maintenance tasks in general. We supervise community staff’s work and provide 24-hour telephone availability for any emergencies that may arise.
We handle the reception and processing of Mandatory Electronic Notifications received by your Owners’ Community. We regularly send written communications and informative updates to owners, along with transcripts of all agreements adopted in meetings, in both Spanish and English. We manage and oversee everything related to contracts with suppliers and community insurance policies. Office supplies and language materials are included in our fee, excluding postage expenses.
We handle the convening of both ordinary and extraordinary meetings, attending and acting as Secretary-Administrators when necessary. We have bilingual staff (Spanish and English) to ensure effective and appropriate communication. We transcribe adopted agreements and safeguard the Minutes Book to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
We provide personalized and continuous attention to community residents through various channels, ensuring a prompt and efficient response to any inquiries or needs. We maintain a 24-hour telephone service for emergencies, ensuring that someone is always available to address any issues promptly.
